Reset PIN tries
POST/api/partner/cards/:id/resetPinTries
Resets the cardholder's PIN-attempt counter.
The response carries the same CardActionResponse shape as the
other card-lifecycle endpoints (lock, unlock, activate, restrict,
etc.) — a flat card-action row, not the full card details.
