List the prepaid card requests of all your cardholders

GET 
/api/partner/cards/prepaid

Returns the prepaid card requests of every cardholder of the partner: its own individuals and the cardholders of its business accounts. No cardholder id is needed. Newest first, one page at a time (page and limit, up to 100 per page). Each item has a cardholderId, a status and an isFinished flag. pagination tells whether there are more pages. A page or limit that is not a positive whole number is a 400.
