Get what a prepaid card can be loaded from
GET/api/partner/cards/:id/prepaid/load-options
Returns the card with its balance, its owner, and the main accounts the card can be loaded from, with
their balances. Use one of sourceAccounts[].id as sourceAccountId to load the card.
The money always comes from the card's owner: the individual for a card of an individual, the company for a card of a B2B cardholder.
