Get full card number (PAN)

GET 
/api/partner/cards/:id/card-number

Returns the full PAN for the card. Highly sensitive — never log this response. The successful response contains an encrypted envelope for the partner's registered encryption public key. The partner decrypts it with its private key. No plaintext PAN is returned.
