List the prepaid card requests of a B2B cardholder
GET/api/partner/business/cardholders/:id/cards/prepaid
Returns the prepaid card requests of the cardholder, newest first, one page at a time (page and
limit, up to 100 per page). A prepaid card is created in the background, so use this to see where
each request is. Every item has a status and an isFinished flag. pagination tells whether
there are more pages. A page or limit that is not a positive whole number is a 400.
