List audit logs for a B2B tenant
GET/api/partner/business/accounts/:b2bAccountId/logs/audit
Paginated audit log for the tenant. Defaults: page=1,
limit=50. No hard server-side cap on limit.
Filters can be combined: ?action=LOCK_CARD&result=SUCCESS&from=2025-01-01.
Tenant ownership is verified against the calling partner;
foreign tenants return 404.
