Get B2B tenant details
GET/api/partner/business/accounts/:b2bAccountId
Returns the tenant document plus the linked debit-account rows it
owns. If the :b2bAccountId does not belong to your partner,
the response is 404 Not Found — identical whether the tenant
does not exist or belongs to another partner (no enumeration).
