List card-status history for a B2B tenant

GET 
/api/partner/business/accounts/:b2bAccountId/logs/card-status-history

Paginated card-status history across every card issued under the tenant. Defaults: page=1, limit=50. No hard server-side cap on limit.

Filters can be combined: ?fromStatus=ACTIVE&toStatus=LOCKED&triggeredBy=PARTNER.
