Request a prepaid physical card for a B2B cardholder

Requests a prepaid physical card. The card is not created in this call. The call checks the request and answers 200 with status: "PENDING". The card is created in the background, usually within 2-3 minutes, and then appears in the card list of the cardholder.

deliveryMethod._id (use GET /fees/delivery-methods to find it), phoneNumber, country and embossName1 are required. productCode can only be R007 (the default). The card issuing fee and the delivery fee are blocked on the main account when you call this endpoint (debitAccountNumber, or the default main account), and are charged when the card is created. If the card cannot be created, the fees are unblocked. If the main account does not have enough money, the call is refused with 400. The card limit for prepaid physical cards is separate from the limit of normal physical cards.

A request that is not valid (for example a product that is not assigned to the company) is refused with 400 before anything is requested.
