GET 
/api/partner/webhooks/events

Returns every event type the platform can send you, with its current on/off state.

An event you have never touched is on. Events are only delivered while the master switch (webhooks.isActive, set by your Paynovus administrator) is also on.

Scoped to the calling partner via the verified JWT.
